General

We do not have transfer from or to Barcelona airport. However we can help you organize a private transfer upon arrival. You can contact our team at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com for more information.

Platja del Racó is located 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

The Hotel Sa Punta is a hotel for adults only. Only children over 13 years old can stay at the hotel. However, children under 13 years of age can access our restaurant.

The check in time is from 3:00 p.m. If your room is available, we will facilitate your access. Otherwise we can store your bags and you can use the hotel facilities while we finish preparing your room

It is possible to extend the departure time by contracting "Late Check-Out" This service is subject to availability (check with reception the day before departure) and may entail additional supplements.

Only one dog under 8 kilos will be accepted in the rooms at an additional cost per day. The guest will be responsible for all damages caused in the room. Access to the public area will be limited. Do not hesitate to contact our team, by email at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com, for more information

Yes all our rooms have individual air conditioning

The hotel has 2 parking lots. One outside and one closed under the hotel. You can only reserve the underground parking with a daily cost. The outdoor parking is free but you cannot reserve a fixed space.

Our prices change depending on the rooms we have available at any given time. In general, prices go up as your travel date approaches, so we recommend that you book your next vacation as soon as possible.

We use a secure payment system to guarantee the security of your data. We will send you a link to give us your data safely and to authorize our system to store your data.

To modify a reservation that you have made on our website, contact our agents at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com.

If you made the reservation through a travel agency or another website, you should contact them to request any modification through them.

If your reservation is not "non-refundable", you have up to 48 hours before arrival to cancel without charge.

To cancel a reservation that you have made on our website, with a minimum of 2 days prior to the date of stay, contact our agents at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com

If you have made the reservation through a travel agency or another website, you must contact them to manage the cancellation of your reservation.

Restaurant and Bar

Breakfast is served in our breakfast room overlooking the garden every day from 8:00 am. at 10:30 a.m.
