1. Warranty Policy:
All reservations require a credit card for confirmation. This will be used as a guarantee to keep your room available for the whole night of the arrival date.
No charge will be made to the credit card, except in the case of rates or periods with special conditions, which will be indicated when making the reservation. The amount of the stay must be paid directly at the hotel.
The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of said credit card. If the credit card provided is rejected by our system, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
2. Cancellation policy:
Reservations may be canceled free of charge until 3:00 p.m. 1 day before the arrival date, except if a prepaid stay rate was purchased.
In the case of cancellations after the deadline or no-show, we will proceed to charge the amount of the first night, taxes included, on the credit card provided and the rest of the stay will be cancelled.
The cancellation of reservations with a prepaid, non-refundable rate does not give the right to a refund of the prepaid amount.
In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to apply the regular rates for one night.
3. Check-in/check-out hours:
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after midnight, please let us know by contacting sapunta@hotelsapunta.com
Maximum departure time: 12:00 p.m.
4. Families and special needs
The Hotel Sa Punta is a hotel for adults. Only children over 13 years of age can stay at the Hotel and use the hotel facilities. Children under 13 years of age can have access to our restaurant.
People with disabilities: If you need special attention, please contact us via email at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com in order to ensure the availability of the special room prepared for your comfort.
5. Travel with your pet
Only one dog under 8 kilos will be accepted in the rooms at an additional cost per day. The guest will be responsible for all damages caused in the room. Access to the public area will be limited. Do not hesitate to contact our team at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com before your arrival for more information.
6. Privacy and protection of personal data:
All the personal data that you provide us will be treated confidentially and incorporated into a file for advertising purposes only owned by the Hotel Sa Punta (SaPunta Group SL.) and under no circumstances will it be transmitted or transferred to third parties.
If you have chosen to receive future promotions from Hotel Sa Punta and SaPunta Group SL, you have the right to cancel said request at any time.
7. Group reservation policy:
To reserve more than 5 rooms, it is necessary to contact our Groups department at sapunta@hotelsapunta.com. The hotel will offer you specific group rates and conditions. Therefore, all reservations for more than 5 rooms, made through the website, will be automatically cancelled.
